June brings us a brand new timetable and fantastic new teachers
What a busy year it has been! As we welcome the summer months we are delighted to take this opportunity to introduce and offer a warm welcome to four brand new team members and a new and improved timetable with even more classes on offer.
Monday: Beginners Studio Circuit, 12pm with Ria

All mOov mat are now small equipment classes including Oov, Spine Correctors, Foam Roller, magic Circle and more! Monday 6pm and Tuesday 7pm and 8pm.
"I embarked on my Pilates journey eight years ago. Initially, I used Pilates to assist myself in my self-development efforts. I soon fell in love with the method and, after seeing the positive results on myself, I decided to become a professional Pilates instructor in order to help others.
My classes will bring you back into your body, slow things down and you should leave the session filling fulfilled and rejuvenated".
Whitney sees Pilates as a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being.

Denise is also Polestar trained in Mat and Reformer and joined us at Chapel Allerton Pilates on the year long advance anatomy course last year. Denise has been teaching for five years, and runs her own private studio from home.
Denise's Gentle Pilates class launches on Friday 5th July, 5:30-6:30pm and the first class is free!
