Welcome Mavra

"I embarked on my Pilates journey eight years ago. Initially, I used Pilates to assist myself in my self-development efforts. I soon fell in love with the method and, after seeing the positive results on myself, I decided to become a professional Pilates instructor in order to help others.

My classes will bring you back into your body, slow things down and you should leave the session filling fulfilled and rejuvenated".

Welcome Whitney

Whitney sees Pilates as a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being.

"Regular practice will help you feel more energized, lighter and more connected. Warning. Pilates can be addictive and has the potential to enhance your outlook on life!

Welcome Julie

"I’m a great believer in the benefits that Pilates can bring to our every day lives, enabling each and everyone of us to live fulfilling, functional lives that enhance our sense of well-being though the connection with our mind and body.

As a busy Mum of a very active 5 year old, I can certainly advocate many of these benefits".

Welcome Denise

“Denise is a perfect fit to set you up for the weekend with her mindful and calming approach to teaching Pilates.”

Denise is also Polestar trained in Mat and Reformer and joined us at Chapel Allerton Pilates on the year long advance anatomy course last year. Denise has been teaching for five years, and runs her own private studio from home.

Denise's Gentle Pilates class launches on Friday 5th July, 5:30-6:30pm and the first class is free!
