Claire Launches New Whole Body Pelvic Health Course

More than restore your core, conquer your core and be better than before!

From Claire

"I have finally done it! I have actually finished and published the Pre Pilates for Whole Body Pelvic Health - Stage One Course. I launched the course at the weekend to some fantastic feedback and support. Look out for the August special offer".

"The is an epic course. It is education and methodology first, followed by 11 classes to be completed over six months".

Who is it for?

This course has been designed to empower and enable women to take control and not be at the mercy of their pelvic injuries or the medical professionals that dismiss them. It is for anyone who has had a baby, hip or back surgery, abdominal surgery, a fall, an impact to the head or pelvis etc etc etc. It is for clients and teachers who will benefit too.
